FAQ
1. What types of printers are Enlite’s inkjet consumables compatible with?
Enlite’s inkjet consumables (including compatible ink cartridges, ink bags, CISS systems and ink) are widely compatible with most mainstream printer brands and models, such as Epson, Ricoh, Mimaki, Roland, and other commercial/industrial inkjet printers. Especially for DTF printers, our ink is customized for different print heads (e.g., Epson I3200, 4720, XP600) to ensure perfect compatibility. We also provide customized solutions for special models. Please contact our sales team with your printer model for precise matching.
2. Are Enlite’s inkjet consumables compatible with original printers? Will they damage the printer?
All Enlite inkjet consumables undergo strict compatibility testing and are 100% compatible with original printers. Our R&D team focuses on the research of original consumable compatibility, optimizing product structure and ink formula to ensure that the ink flows smoothly, does not clog the nozzle, and does not cause damage to the printer’s print head or internal components. Using Enlite consumables will not affect the printer’s warranty (subject to the printer brand’s warranty terms).
3. What is the “White Ink Zero Sedimentation Technology” of Enlite? What problems does it solve?
“White Ink Zero Sedimentation Technology” is an exclusive core technology of Enlite, which optimizes the formula of white ink and solves the industry’s common pain points of white ink sedimentation, nozzle clogging and poor fluidity. With this technology, Enlite’s white ink can stand by for 15 days without nozzle clogging, ensuring stable printing even after long-term non-use, reducing maintenance costs and improving printing efficiency for customers.
4. How to avoid nozzle clogging when using Enlite’s inkjet ink?
To avoid nozzle clogging, please pay attention to the following points: 1. Use the printer regularly (it is recommended to print a test page every 3-5 days) to keep the ink flowing; 2. Store the ink and consumables according to the standard requirements to avoid ink deterioration; 3. Do not mix Enlite ink with ink of other brands, so as not to cause chemical reaction and clog the nozzle; 4. If the printer is not used for a long time, please clean the print head before use to ensure smooth ink supply.
5. What should I do if the ink is not smooth or the print effect is poor during use?
If you encounter such problems, please follow these steps to troubleshoot: 1. Check whether the ink cartridge/ink bag is installed correctly and whether there is sufficient ink; 2. Clean the print head 1-2 times through the printer’s self-cleaning function; 3. Check whether the ink has expired or deteriorated, and replace it with new ink if necessary; 4. If the problem persists, please contact Enlite’s after-sales team, and we will provide professional technical guidance.
6. Can Enlite’s CISS system be refilled? How to refill it correctly?
Yes, Enlite’s CISS system supports refilling, and it is recommended to use Enlite’s special matching ink for refilling to ensure product performance and avoid damage to the system. The correct refilling method: 1. Turn off the printer and take out the ink tank of the CISS system; 2. Slowly inject the ink into the corresponding color ink tank (do not overfill, and avoid ink leakage); 3. After refilling, install the ink tank back, turn on the printer, and print a test page to confirm that the ink supply is normal.
