Frequently Asked Questions (Wholesale & Orders)
Q: How does M306 Low Sediment white ink behave during overnight shutdown?
A: Our M306 formula stays suspended in fluid channels for up to 15 hours. When starting your machine the next workday, the ink prints smoothly without requiring heavy nozzle flushes.
Q: Can M306/M316 be mixed with conventional DTF white inks?
A: Because low-sediment ink uses specialized dispersant chemistry, we advise a clean pipeline flush with Enlite DTF cleaning solution before switching.
Q: What curing temperature and time do you recommend for transfer films?
A: TPU powder baking: 125°C – 135°C for 2 – 3 minutes; Heat press transfer onto fabric: 150°C – 160°C for 10 – 15 seconds at 4 – 5 bar pressure.
Q: What are the packaging and MOQ options for distributors?
A: Standard cartons contain 12 or 20 bottles (1000ml). We also provide 20kg drums for industrial roll-to-roll printing facilities.
